A local activation system for a single under-used car club bay in Kemptown. Tracked landing pages, a measured campaign loop, and a proper control design — testing whether systematic hyper-local work produces real demand, at a cost per member worth repeating.

Background

I spent two decades building enterprise systems, which teaches you one thing above all: a change nobody measured didn't happen.

The shared mobility work applies that. There is no shortage of enthusiasm for car clubs and no shortage of claims about them. What's missing is the boring apparatus — baselines, controls, cost per active member — that turns a good idea into something an operator can make a decision about.

I live in Kemptown, a few minutes from the bay I'm currently working on. That proximity is a method, not a coincidence.
